With the objective of promoting Vedic values, moral conduct, and social awareness in society, Arya Samaj, Ranchi organized a grand Prabhat Pheri in the Upper Bazar area. The event witnessed active participation from many respected and inspiring members associated with Arya Samaj, which added dignity and significance to the programme.
On this occasion, the President and Secretary of Arya Samaj, learned Acharyas, senior social workers, members of the Mahila Mandal, youths, and a large number of students from DAV schools participated enthusiastically. The participants carried banners and raised inspiring slogans such as “Back to the Vedas” and “Promote Women’s Education.”
The Prabhat Pheri commenced with Vedic chanting and the hoisting of the Om Dhwaj. Passing through the main routes of Upper Bazar, the procession spread awareness among the general public about Vedic culture, truth, non-violence, celibacy, and social responsibilities. Local shopkeepers and residents warmly welcomed the procession and appreciated the initiative.
In their brief addresses, senior office bearers of Arya Samaj emphasized that such programmes help awaken moral consciousness in society and provide positive direction to the youth. They highlighted that the principles of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati remain highly relevant even today and that it is the collective responsibility of all to disseminate these ideals among the masses.
The programme concluded with Shantipath and a collective pledge, reaffirming commitment towards social reform, promotion of education, and active participation in nation-building. The entire Prabhat Pheri was marked by discipline, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of Vedic consciousness.
In conclusion, the Prabhat Pheri organized at Upper Bazar, Ranchi, under the guidance of prominent members of Arya Samaj, proved to be a highly successful, inspiring, and socially beneficial event.
